I had the carpets cleaned because I just purchased the house and I could smell cat urine in the carpets downstairs (bad) and I will need to replace the carpets because it's still pretty bad (smell)...I wanted to try to get them cleaned first
The technician called in advance of the appointment time as promised and he was very courteous and professional. My carpets were long overdue for a cleaning and it showed, but the technician made the carpet look like new. I am very pleased.

We are always impressed with your service - ontime arrival with a call ahead to say they are on the way, very polite greeting and offer to wear a mask while working, etc. The carpets he cleaned look terrific and he was able to get spots out! Of course, we will continue to use Zerorez in the future.
