Blaise Berford was a kind & courteous employee of ZEROREZ and did a fantastic job of getting our 26 year old carpet looking great again!! I was very pleased with the results I had using Zerorez. My initial call to Zerorez was taken with courtesy. I was given a breakdown of costs, and that a final quotation would be given once the technician arrived. The technician, Al, reached out to me by phone, giving me his expected arrival time and did indeed arrive at that time. He too was very courteous and was attentive while I expressed my concerns regarding a few areas of our carpeting that had pet stains. He explained how he would address these areas and gave me the final cost before beginning the work. Al was efficient and professional throughout the cleaning. All the carpeting we had cleaned looks and smells great. I would recommend Zerorez.

Carpets looks amazing!

My 15 year old carpet got a facelift! The process was surprisingly fast. I was amazed with how well everything looked. Our technician, Blaze, was amazing. Super nice, friendly, and very thorough. I liked that he was honest about what stains would be more difficult than others. He delivered on everything we needed. We will definitely have ZeroRez back out again for additional rooms now that we know what to expect.
