This is the second time we have used Zerorez and have been very happy both times. The carpets are fresh and the pile is back to when it was installed 4 years ago. Zerorez provides courteous and excellent service noticed from the phone call to schedule the carpet cleaning in my home until the technician, Ajea Smith, completed cleaning the four rooms and hallway in my condominium.. I am pleased with the work and my carpets look great...Ajea also took extra measures to take away spots that have been on the carpet for a long period of time.
