Keith did a great job cleaning our carpet and explaining the process and procedure. His customer service skills were great too. We had Zero Rez come back and I couldn't be there. My husband was and together we weren't quite in full understanding of the acid process and why that would be used. We weren't prepared to spend that additional amount- I thought the carpet would simply be extracted again not treated. I should have asked I guess. Anyway the stains all came out so we're happy about that. Hopefully we won't have to have that process done every again. Our old carpet really looks incredible. Thanks Keith!

That you are using in powered water and you do an amazing job at cleaning the carpet’s and they’re not left soaking wet and are in and out of here in about an hour
