The products seemed to do the job of getting out food stains in the carpet as well as cleaning without making the carpet crisp when it dried. It just looked so clean and smelled fresh.

The technician was very thorough explaining what was to be done as he walked me through the rooms that were to be cleaned. He showed me the bill before he started cleaning so if there was something I wanted to change I could. He worked fast and efficiently and took care to not be running all over the cleaned carpet once it was done. He asked me to inspect his work and and asked if I was satisfied. He is a great technician and I would recommend him to anyone. He is a #10 in my book. Thanks Damien

We had to have a Zerorez associate out to redo our livingroom & hallway. The representatives on the phone were helpful and attentive. The second associate, Justin, did an amazing job. He not only corrected the previous issue, but made sure he took pictures and the carpet looked wonderful.
