I was very satisfied with the service. The technician, Ryan, was great. The carpet and our couch look great. I love the fact that no soap is used. ZEROREZ is the only carpet-cleaning service I would ever use.

We have used Zerorez a couple times now and have been very impressed with the level of quality and service! Ryan explained everything that he would be doing in a very educational way that helped us to know exactly what to expect. We also appreciate the quality of the product and that it is same for our kids and pets.
