AMAZING! Dillon was excellent in communicating his suggestion for treatment for pet stains, which I did go with. He was very thorough and polite, wore his face mask, covered shoes, gloves, etc.! WONDERFUL! My carpet looks almost new again after 15 years!!!! And no "crunchy" soapy feeling when it was done and drying. I highly recommend Zerorez!!!

Unlike other carpet cleaning processes/procedures, after the carpet dried it was amazing that there was truly no residue feeling on your feet. I appreciate that there is no artificial deodorizer smell left compared to other processes. Thanks for leaving things so clean.

ZEROREZ’ product is non fragrant and it really cleans the carpet. I feel fine walking barefoot, not to worry about dirt or chemicals.
