I will no doubt schedule another call for the furniture.

Your representative did a fantastic job! When I compare you to the Zerorez company in Salt Lake City however, your company does not compete. All you use is a steam vac. The other company used a new, state-of-the-art vacuum with fast spinning, broom-like bristles in it that would dig into the carpet to pull out all the dirt and junk. Then they would use the Zerorez water solution on it. Their process would leave old carpet looking new. Your process does removes a few stains, but it is comparable to all the ordinary carpet cleaning companies out there. Also, the Zerorez company in S.L.C. would provide styrofoam blacks to prop furniture on top of so they could vacuum under it. There drying times where less than half too. There price was only $33/room. That was a company I bragged to all my friends about, but I am sad to learn that it is only the S.L.C location I can recommend.

The fact that there is no use of "soap" and therefore the carpets do not attract dirt as quickly as other processes. I also believe my carpets are cleaner than if done chemicallyh.

I appreciate how professionally Zerorez conducts their business. They are polite, responsive and engaged from scheduling until the job is done. The technicians are always good about arriving on time, surveying the task, advising how they will proceed and then doing a great job cleaning. In addition, they are clean cut and have excellent manners, giving me many reasons to keep calling them back.

Our carpet was seriously stained from our dog. Larry and Wilson, a trainee, were great. Larry explained what could be done to clean up the stains. They were friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. We were very pleased with the results.

Be sure to note customers changes eg. I called back to change my appt. and apparently this change was not made by the ofc. Causing a inconvience to me as my 2-4 pm appt. turned out to be 6:30 on a Friday day before my vacation.
I would recommend u but would tell anyone to be sure to call the day if your appt. to verify so you don't have to sit around waiting for your tech who might not show-----less aggravation!

Carpets and furniture got very clean. Had very good impression of the person who did the work.

When I first had Zerorez do My carpets, it seemed like the technicians really wanted to do a good job and of course the prices were more reasonable. Now it seems like they are on a time restraint, and want to hurry-on to the next job. I had my carpets re-done and they look much better--I also watched as the technician clean the carpets this time.

I made an appt for 2-5pm. The cleaner showed up at 12:30 and I was not able to do it at that time. The cleaner was not happy when I told him to come back at 2pm. I called the company and we discovered that he'd be calling my home phone which is only used for out going calls. I gave the woman my cell phone again as that is the only line I answer. I was expecting him back at 2pm. At 3:10pm I get a call from a different cleaner, again on my HOME line saying he was running a little late and would be there in 20 minutes. I said that was fine. Breain came this time and was much friendlier and more professional than the first person that came which was a relief. However, the woman that set my appointment told me that he would be bringing his own alkaline water which leaves no residue. So I was confused when Brian asked where the water spigot was. He told me that they no longer bring the big water tank and that the new vans had a machine that converted the water inside. So it really isn't a big deal, I hired Zerorez because of the reviews online and the fantastic results that were reported. So far so good, but that's usually the case right after the cleaning. What gave me pause about recommending your company was the lack of communication within it. The results would have to be stellar and it is still too early to tell.
