We have had you clean carpets twice. The first time was great. This time, in areas where there were spots,the carpet is not soft and there is some sort of residue on the carpet. I need to vacuum to see if it helps, but it doesn't seem like it was done properly. The area of high traffic didn't "spruce up" as much as I would have liked. The carpet is only one year old.

Communication of pricing, confirmation, and the fact that the technician came when he said AND did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets are what I liked. I also appreciated that Dennis recommended the use of "the claw" to delete a pet stain and it is no longer a problem. 2 of my neighbors used Zerorez in the past and I was glad to finally get my carpets done based on their recommendation to use your company.
Also, the June special prompted me to go ahead and spend the money to get my carpets done...and it was money well spent! Thank-you for bringing my carpet back to looking nice, smelling clean, and BEING clean!!!

Put plastic or lifters under all the furniture. I am concerned that when i move or shift the furniture, there might be stains underneath.
Zerorez technicians are professional, friendly, and polite and they get the job done quickly. All of the stains were removed from my carpets and they were only slightly damp when the technician was finished. He cleaned 4 rooms in just 1 hour. The carpets were dry in about 7 hours. I've used another service before and they left my carpets sopping wet. Water was sloshing out of the carpets when I walked on them. I love Zerorez and I'll never use another service again!
