I returned back to the house that you cleaned a few days later, and just like the last time Zerorez cleaned the carpets, they look brand new again. Thank you.

Our technician, Larry, was able to remove a large area of set-in blood. I was very surprised that the blood came out as well as it did.

For the price, I thought the Technicians should have been more detailed including getting all the windows clean without charging me extra to get the hard water stains off the glass. I also thought they should have been more detailed in cleaning the window track where the windows slide back and forth and finally, they should have cleaned the window sill however, I know the sills are not a requirement so I don't fault them for that.

My carpets look new after the cleaning although they are over 42 years old and the hardwood kitchen floor after the cleaning and buffing hadn't looked this nice in years. The technician Marcel was knowledgeable efficient and very personable I couldn't be happier with the superior service rendered, and the price was comparable with others.

Keith was great, he took his time explaining how the cleaning solution works. He worked really hard and made our carpets and couch look fresh and clean again.

Livingston ! He is very good and a great guy on top of it. I like the "clean" feeling on the carpet. My hard wood floors are beautiful. Livingston is always professional and truly likes what he does. I think this is the 4th time I have used Zerorez and wouldn't use any one else.

i love the fact that it is safe for pets and the service was great. However the turn around time on the delivery of our rug extended beyond the 10 days and I had to call to check up. For me this wasnt really a big deal but some people may not be so laid back
