Your representative, Gil Rogers, did a great job. He was able to come earlier, he work effectively and cleanly, our carpets in the bedrooms look great (almost like new). He made helpful suggestions.

What could we do to improve?

Your service tech did a great job in every aspect of customer service and job performance.
He was on time and did the service in a timely manner.
Your agent phoned the day before to confirm the appt.
and the tech phoned in the am to confirm and narrow
down the time. I appreciated the play by play contact.
My carpets look great. The question was with regard to
what you need to improve upon. The pricing was good,
however, I did not like the up charge once he got on site.
It was understandable since I have carpeted bathrooms,
which was not discussed on the phone with your agent.
I would have liked it better if he would have just done
the whole job for the price quoted. Thank you.

What do you like about our products and services?

I especially liked the fact that Robert was so knowledgeable, on time, courteous and just all around terrific. My carpets look great and did not take too long to dry, in spite of the cloudy day.

Very customer service orientated. The carpets look great afterwards and stay cleaner longer than other carpet cleaning companies. The spots don't return!

What could we do to improve?

Reduce the price.
Also, I think my wooden floors are still not very clean. They were vacuumed and buffed by your technician. I think there should be some kind of cleaning solution applied.

Oh my gosh! I think you all are great. Brett was on time and very efficient. He was courteous, professional, and cleaned my carpet with ease and skill. He knows what he's doing. I will call again in a few months to have him clean my furniture. My sister recommended this company and so will I.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

There was some onsite upselling - which worked for me, but I would "warn" anyone about it. Also, there is some small damage to my kitchen cabinets where the machine came up against them. I'm working to get the black marks out, but so far no luck.

We had Dennis Kennedy as our Zerorez Professional. He was WONDURFUL! Nice, Polite and probably the best job we have had done by Zerorez. We do not call anyone else. Zerorez is the best and you get what you pay for. We also like Livingston, he is who we originally requested, but Dennis did the job and we were COMPLETLY Satisfied!!
