Courteous professional service person, and excellent results. And NO leftover tile or carpet-cleaning odors. The shower stall looked great. Also thought the old carpet had seen its best, but apparently not..it's not new, but man, it's clean. I had forgotten to have the area under the dining room table cleaned...they actually came out free for a second call and made that area beautiful as well. Really appreciated that commitment to excellent service. Please call Zerorez...they do a very honest, good job.

Carpets are really clean.
there was a miscommunication regarding the scheduling. when i first called, i said that i needed an appointment for 8 a.m. and not a "range" of time due to my work. i believe the person i talked to was jennifer. she and i went over several days of options and found a morning when an 8 a. arrival time would work for the area i live in. she and i talked again the day before the appointment and confirmed that 8 a. arrival, specifically talking about the timing. the morning of the appointment, dana called to tell me that he would be picking up the truck at 9 (!!!!!) and would arrive shortly thereafter. it completely messed up what i had scheduled for my work and caused me some grief with the group of people i was supposed to meet. that's not to say that dana didn't do a good job; he did and did it quickly. but nonetheless, it caused me difficulty. i would use you again because the work was good but i would not trust the scheduling.
Everything! Your technicians are very professional and show up when they say they are going to be there. When they arrive they assess the work to be done and get busy!
The carpets looks so beautiful and clean. They also feel soft and clean when walking barefoot on them!

I like the results of the cleaning and the promptness and professionalism of Rashad, the service provider.
Rashad Jordan is outstanding. He does an incredible job. Pays attention to every detail. A true professional. Our carpet is about 3 1/2 years old, because of zerorez, it looks brand new again. Zerorez is hands down, one of our all-time favorite companies. They are our "go to" for our things related to cleaning carpet and tile floors!

Fair prices. Guys came on time, were clean and courteous. Carpets look good, with no shampoo smell or residue left on the carpet.

Dennis was an absolute professional ! On time, considerate and cared about his workmanship with pride. He took extreme measures to be very carful both in and out of our home laying pads/plastic down and using furniture / wall guards. The quality of his work was top notch ! The carpet came out beautiful. Our home is currently for sale in the 500k price range and I'm grateful for the excellent workmanship and service Dennis provided. Companies should be so lucky to have this kind of an employee !
