Staff was very helpful on the phone when we ordered the service and also during the service. Juan explained everything before starting and did an excellent job on our floor. The floor looks like new! We are so pleased with the results. He checked with us at the end to be sure we were happy. We will recommend your company (and Juan) to our friends. Thanks!

What do you like about our products and services?

The best results I have ever gotten from carpet cleaning are from Zerorez. Employees are efficient and pleasant and the carpet never looked better!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I am not sure you can. I understand the process and purpose, but it fell way short of expectations. The serviceman did his job well and was extremely professional. He could only do as much as the technology allowed him. There was one area where one of my dogs has urinated, and there was a distinct odor in that area - I informed him. After it took two days for the rug to dry since the majority of the solution is high pressure water (I understand...i.e. no chemicals) the odor was just as strong and I felt I spent $344 for nothing since this was my primary reason for the rug cleaning. I need chemicals I think.

You do an excellent job of cleaning my carpets. Even though it had been 2 yrs since they'd been cleaned, they look and feel like new. They also smell like new. And our serviceman Malo was very courteous and thorough!

Garage floor and patio floor did not remove any of the stains. Simple green and a brush were able to.

Extremely please once again. This is my fourth time using zerorez. Results, again outstanding!!! Carpets look like new. I am very, very meticulous and I am impressed every time with the professionalism of your company. Your products work. Your technician was most polite and industrious. However, I paid with cash, and it's been 24 hours and I have not yet received my receipt which he said would be emailed to me. This is not directly related to carpet-cleaning, but it's an important aspect of the process. Please send me my receipt!
