I am a real fanatic regarding chemical use and smells in my environment. I love the way the carpet looks and doesn't smell of perfumes and cleaners after it's cleaned by Xerorez. The technician was excellent and even called to see if he could come early. We are delighted with your services.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The process left a residue on my carpet. Two different technicians tried to remove it. It is better, but it was not completely removed. I have never had this problem in all of the years that Haines and Cross have cleaned my carpet with their original method.
