Someone is already scheduled to come back out. Was shocked that technician didn't move any light weight plants or furniture (except dining room chairs). We did our own vacuuming and had already moved a lot of furniture, etc. I'm just wondering what your carpet cleaning services include. Never had a company that didn't vacuum (that isn't my main complaint, however), move anything, or not put carpet protectors under some furniture. Perhaps because nothing was moved. If you want a carpet company that sails through your already nicely vacuumed home and doesn't move any furniture, just cleans around things, your company is ideal. Way overpriced for what was done. Very disappointed. Haven't done a Yelp review yet, as I am waiting for more information from you and to see what technician dies when he returns.

The fact that I do not have to renegotiate with the technician when he shows up to the house and the total explanation of what he will be doing to clean up my carpet. His presentation was also important, he showed up clean and the van looked clean and everything was very transparent.

My experience with ZEROREZ, Irvine, CA was impressive for the second time they were my choice for their CARPET cleaning service. Orlando work nonstop. I happened to watched him use very precise machine-handling strokes to clean my carpeted stairs. He was profession and anxious to please with a smile! I have used a competitor that was recommended by the carpet store as part of the warrantee, however, there was no comparison to the improved cleaning results that ZEROREZ demonstrated, so I returned /and will continue as a customer.
It was the best carpet cleaning I've ever seen.
Our carpet really needs replaced, but when Brett gets done cleaning it almost looks new. We really like Brett and he is always so knowledgeable, respectful and just plain nice.

I like that the window for service was only 2 hours for when the technician might show up, instead of being 4 hours like some other services tend to do. The technician was very nice, he assessed the situation and saw that bc of the amount of unmovable furniture in our small apartment there wasn't a ton of carpet that was able to be cleaned so he called the office and adjusted the cost of the service. It was so nice for him to do that. It made the cost so affordable that we will continue to get this cleaning done at least once a year.

The technician was pleasant but when I asked about a few spots on my carpet he was less than receptive to offer any type of resolution. He did not offer to try to reclean the spot.
I have the same areas cleaned each time and I have never been told that the grout on my tile could be cleaned. It has always looked wonderful after it has been cleaned. This time it did not appear to be as clean- the technician spent very little time on it.
Where I will still use Zerorez in the future I would like it noted in my account that I do not want the same technician again (his name was Matt)
