Great service and Technician was very courteous.
Robert, the on site service rep, was very, very professional. He explained the process beforehand and LISTENED when I pointed out some particularly touch stains. And, he got them out! I would definitely recommend Zerorez.

I had my carpets cleaned about a month ago and they looked fabulous---the best cleaning ever.
While Daniel was here he told me he could clean the tile for the same price per area as the carpet.
The grout in my tile had never been cleaned in 18 years---I thought it was a dark grout---
He cleaned a sample area and it looked amazing.
He came back last week and cleaned all the tiled areas and I never remember them looking this good.---=and the price is fabulous.
Also, Daniel was professional, courteous, on time and did an wonderful job.

We were left with footprints all over our marble floor. We tried to gewt them off, but could not. Very upsetting. Not sure what was on his shoes or the shoe coveres, but our shoes do not make prints like this And we do not have shoes like this. I have a picture I can upload to you. Again, we tried to get it off ourselves.
We would like the shoe prints off our marble. I don't see that you polish marble. They are not coming off with just cleaning. We tried on out hands and knees. If you could compensate all or part for us for getting the shoe marks buffed or plished out, we would appreciated it.
