I have used your services of rug cleaning years ago, was pleased and am repeating this service. This time I included furniture and drapes. So far am pleased. My carpets will be returned in a week or so, then will evaluate them.

your technician called to state when he would arrive and if it was ok if he arrived earlier. He was in and out within 40minutes, and was extremely polite. There was no chemical smell afterwards and carpet smelled better.

Everything. Carpets are clean without using heavy chemicals. Also, Marcel was wonderful and careful. Also, explained the process very well to me.
Effective in restoring carpets to like new condition. Very competent technicians. Only downside is relatively high price compared to competition.
