Your service technician, Michael, called to let me know he was on his way, he was very professional, and did an amazing job. He saved the area rug under my dining room table from an almost whole bottle of India ink. (Who knew that my dog could do that?).

The service is quite thorough and the results of the cleaning have been far above average, and Brett, our technician who has been to our home three times, is excellent.
Your techs are very respectful of my home (for example covering their shoes when entering) and try hard to do a good and thorough job. They do an amazing job of cleaning tile grout and carpets/area rugs.
The carpet looks so clean and smells fresh. It is great that the technician calls ahead so you know what time he will be there.

Robert Keith did my rugs. This is the second time that he has done my rugs and He is one of the best technician that you have. He has does an excellent job both times. I try to ask for him when I need to get the carpets clean and sometimes I can't get him cause he is training someone and I get really disappointed. This technician is the best.
I cannot reach by phone!! Even at reasonable hours like 10 am and 3 pm I get your music re or ding and telling me I am next in line and after waiting many many. Inutes I still am being told the same thing!! This is ridiculous business practice !

Use equipment that does not leave deep track marks on carpet that are difficult to get rid of with repeated vacuuming.
