We always get the best service, prompt, keep in communication. The best part is when they leave my carpet is clean and looks new. Robert Keith does excellent work, and was very pleasant to have in our house.

The cleaner, Brian, was not only efficient in his job but gave me some helpful hints on how to keep the carpet cleaner than I had done before. Also, about how to help the carpet dry more quickly than I had thought could be done. The carpet looks terrific and I will have it cleaned once more in the spring.

Robert was very knowledgeable, and took time to answer questions and give me suggestions for spot treating, etc. I found the odor of the cleaner quite pleasant. Capret dried quickly. All in all, very, very satisfied.
