Pricing could be a bit more reasonable, especailly for pet treatment.

I like that I was able to make an appointment and get fast service and an estimate over the phone. The technician was very helpful and worked quickly while trying to get the carpets as clean as possible.

I called other companies and they were not as responsive. Even though the house was a good size the tech was not phased and made sure to lay down protective equipment so the walls were not damaged by his equipment.

Consistently deliver clean carpets, courteous workers, and really care that they get the job done to your satisfaction. If not they will come back. I have been using them for 5 years and have never had a problem. They do what they say they will do.

I received a quote when I called the person I spoke with as friendly polite, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I liked that there are no solvent or detergent used, and it is quick drying.

I believe it was Adam who came out for my cleaning. He was very polite and we reviewed what was going to be done and he did an excellent job. He was professional, polite, and I appreciated this.

My carpet is 18 years old. It is a very good quality carpet and the cleaning refreshed it and I might get a few more years out of it.

Good clean. Friendly service. Fast. Easy to schedule.

Our appointment was scheduled between 10:00 and 12:00, but the technician didn’t arrive until 2:00 PM, which is far too late. This definitely needs to be addressed when planning future appointments. Fortunately, this happened to be one of the rare days we were home all day, so it wasn’t a major issue this time. Otherwise, we would’ve had to cancel an appointment we had booked well in advance. That said, the technician did a thorough job and cleaned everything very well.

Sal has been cleaning our carpets and tile since he started with you. He is EXCELLENT, polite, very courteous and always helpful. We are are old so we appreciate him, he treats like we are family. On this recent cleaning he had a helper Isaiah? Very nice young man. He will do very well with your customers. We thank them both Also, We have been customers of yours since 2005.
