The technician was on time and very pleasant to be around. Explained what he was going to be doing and went to work. He was so incredibly nice. I would like to have him on my next service. Carpet looks great!!

I am so happy with the work that Eduardo did from Zerorez! He cleaned my kitchen tile and grout and it looks great! He also cleaned our couches that I wanted to get rid of before but now they look so much better and I'm not embarrassed to have company over anymore. I highly recommend!

Apologize and have a manager call me. The young man lied claiming I wanted to reschedule. It took 4 days for me to prepare the house for the cleaning due to my health and have 7 days of appointments at City of Hope beginning the next day, so I wouldn’t have canceled. I asked for a manager and was refused.
Second the tile and grout cleaning showed no difference. I only did it to clean the grout around the toilet and no change. The carpet and wood floors are fine. Been a client for my office and home for numerous years. No more unless Livingston calls me.

I have used Zerorez for several years now. Their technicians are knowledgeable and most helpful. We have had Jeff for the last 2 years and he is easy to work with and helps with scheduling.
George was a great technician. He called me twice to update me on his arrival time, and showed up on time. He was very careful around furniture that couldn't be moved.
My carpets look great, and they dried very quickly! I love that they don't use chemicals, and would definitely refer them and use them again!

The mattress cleaning was good. The carpets seem dirtier than before. I've went over it 3x with my Bissell and I'm still pulling dark water. Id like a refund for the carpet cleaning.

Process is better for my carpets. Did steam cleaning for years and soap residue made carpets get dirty sooner.
