You did a great job of completely removing pet stains that another carpet cleaning service had actually made worse. Only one spot still is slightly visible, apparently because the other cleaning pet service returned and, in an attempt to fix the problem, made another application it left behind that yellowed the carpet.
I was extremely happy with the the technician (Brandon), the care taken around my house and furniture, and the results. The carpet looks amazing again. Many thanks to Zero red AND Brandon.

The people have been and continue to be professional and nice. I like that there are no chemicals and that the floors and carpets are so clean. The tile floor actually glowed.

My carpet got clean - even the stains were gone - and there wasn't any sticky residue on the carpet fibers. It looked and FELT clean.

George did an excellent job cleaning wool fabric dining chairs and 3 rooms of carpet. He managed to get a horrible spot out of my bedroom caroet.
Rates for area rugs should be less expensive than cleaning a whole room. Thank you.
