Convenient cleaning rugs at home
The rugs and floor remained wet for over 24 hours. So wet that I had to take the rugs outside to dry and dry the floors. We have used Zerorez for years but your approach to cleaning rugs must have changed. I will not use your company again. Your technician was polite and did good job. He was not the problem. Too much moisture and that has never happened before!

The carpets are always clean. I like the fact that Zerorez uses purified water and not water from my house. The workers always clean up and are polite. I have used Zerorez for years and have always been happy with their work.

We like the non soap idea and the carpets look really clean. The technicians are knowledgeable, easy to talk to, explained the product and process very well. They were very helpful with moving small furniture out of the way and were very efficient in the cleaning. We had most of the house carpet cleaned and 4 sofas. They took 3 area rugs to the shop to be cleaned, and will bring them back in a few weeks.

My most recent cleaning performed by Isaiah, under Julio’s expert tutelage, did a great job. But I wasn’t surprised. Ever since my first time using Zerorez, i have been very impressed with the company and I have been a loyal customer to Zerorez ever since.
The men who came and cleaned out all the heater/A/C vents in our 2-story house were efficient, thorough and considerate. They mastered all the "challenges" that our house presented.

Service was great and tech was also great.
However, after our couch and dining chairs dried (light fabric), you can see light streaks and dark areas still. I thought it was just damp, but after a full day to dry, it appears the cleaning wasn't sufficient.
Rudy did a thorough job. No residue and the carpets are dry the next day.
