Doing a good job
Not only was my carpet clean, it really looked new again. It was soft and fluffy and left the house smelling fresh. The technician arrived when he said, was respectful, professional and thorough. I will absolutey use Zerorez services again.

Your people are always very good, polite, on time, work hard and get my Carpet clean.
I have it cleaned twice a year and it looks new when they finish and I believe this has prolonged the life of my Carpet.

The crew did what they were supposed to do without too many attempts at upselling, which can be extremely annoying and can lead to employing other companies.

I love ❤️ that there’s no chemical residue left behind for people or pets. I love the efficient way your technicians come out and assess the home and clarify everything before starting the cleaning process. They answer all my questions. The technicians who have come out, have always been courteous, respectful, kind, and professional. My carpet looks amazing afterwards! I added protectant for the highly traveled areas, to aid in keeping the carpet looking clean longer. I love Zerorez, and will call no one else to clean my carpets.
The carpet is so soft. The technician was able to get up older spots from my sick dog. Very pleased. Matt did the work. He was so kind and friendly. Really liked him.

I was very impressed with the Matt's customer service with phone calls to let us know when he was arriving and his knowledge of carpeting conditions and cleaning opportunities. I am very impressed with the products you use and that they are sustainable products-safe for people, pets and the environment! Matt did an amazing job with all my carpeting. We live in a small Condo and he worked around every piece of furniture and small openings. I was so happy when I saw the results of the cleaning. This was the second time I have used your services! I will always recommend your company to my friends and family, and I will only use you for any cleaning needs I may have!

More clarity on pricing - a 200 sq ft room doesn't work for everyone. if your webpage had pricing based on total square footage of carpet to be cleaned it would be better. Or options such as a 100-150 sq ft room, a 150-200 sq ft room, a 200-300 sq ft room, a 300-400 sq ft room, etc. Also it would be nice to have a price/option for traffic areas only. Lots of furniture in a 400 sq ft room but only 100 sq ft of carpet to be cleaned should not be treated the same way as an empty 400 sq ft room.
This is why I don't have carpet anymore and haven't used a carpet cleaner in over five years.
On the other side, the technician was prompt (early), knowledgeable, thorough, did not try and up-sell me, and was very polite. He did a very nice job with the 30+ year old stained carpet in the house. I like the idea of no carpet cleaning residue to attract more dirt.
