The technician was so very polite and knowledgeable, his name is Francisco. I’m very happy with the job he did and would most certainly recommend this company.
Whenever it’s again need - I won’t hesitate to call and have them come out to shampoo my carpets once more.

Julio the technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and flexible with his schedule to clean 4 different units in our building. Zeroez said that he would arrive by 10:00 a.m. and he showed up by 8:30 a.m. He wore booties into the units to keep from spreading any outside dirt and he was quick and efficient. Great service and attention to detail.

Carpet looks great after cleaning by Zerorez.
No odors or stiff feeling to carpet.
Tech works extra on the really dirty and/or matted down spots.
I will continue to only use Zerorez for my cleaning needs.

What could we do to improve?

Carpet cleaning job was excellent. However, wet soap/water left a film on my hardwood floor at the entryway which is now damaged. I cannot remove the water damage to the veneer.

I would recommend ZEROREZ to friends and family. Making the appointment online was easy, the cleaners came when they said they were going to be here. They communicated very well what they were going to do, how much it was to cost and what to do after they cleaned the rugs.
