Jeff was timely, professional and detail oriented. My carpets look better than the last time I had them cleaned through a different service. I like how he left booties for our family to wear when we needed to walk on the carpet before it was dry. I would definitely recommend Zero Rez to family and friends.

Your technician, Jeff, is one hard worker! When he arrived he could see that there were a few MAJOR stains in the living room and family rooms, however he took out nearly ALL.
