My technician Francisco, was on time, friendly, efficient, went over with me the rooms I wanted cleaned and the exact cost of the services before he started! He was timely in getting the job done! This is the only company I have used since getting new carpets a few years ago and the only one I will use! Even my carpet salesman told me this is the only company to use on my new carpets as they don't use chemicals that ruin the fibers of the carpet I put in. My carpets still look brand new!
