More attention to stains
Zerorez’ technology, equipment and processes are top notch, and its technicians are courteous, dedicated service providers. We have been very happy with Zerorez’ services for many years. We have difficult to clean brick floors in our house and their hard floor cleaning process works beautifully to make our floors glow.
Carpet feels soft, not stiff, after cleaning
Tech came out on time and did an excellent job of cleaning carpets, area rug and sofa. Very professional
The tech did a great job and was great. But, since coming home from the weekend after our carpets were cleaned, it feels like there is aight film on all carpets. We’ll see how the cleaning holds up. Concerned that more dirt will accumulate.

Getting cleaning was super easy. Reservation was really easy to book. Francisco showed up right on time and was incredibly thorough. The carpeting is in a new house and is over three years old, and probably had not been professionally cleaned the entire time, but Francisco had it looking like it was new.
