Appointment scheduling is always easy. Your technician Francisco called to confirm an early arrival due to a cancellation. He arrived in minutes and did an excellent job on our area rug. He took extra care with a stubborn stain to completely remove it.

I’ve always had Zerorez clean my carpets. This last time apparently the guys hose blew. He fixed it and finished cleaning. The next morning I noticed all the walls, staircase spindles, and shelf upstairs were covered in dried dirty water spots/drippings. I called Zerorez and let them know, and they said Brian, the manager, would be calling back that day. I cleaned everything because we were having guests stay the next day. But Brian never called me back.
I will most likely use Zerorez again because I feel the carpets are cleaned well. But a little disappointed I didn’t get a call back.

The technician showed up on time got right to work. It only took about an hour to complete. The carpet cleaning went very well and we are pleased with the results. The price was reasonable. There is no residue left behind.
