Ryan was great and very personable. The only problem we find is that he walked up our stairs after everything was done and his footprints (light color) were on our black carpet.
Also, if you don't tell your employees this, I think it would be a GREAT benefit to have them cover the wood floors in a home before dragging the hoses all over. I had to mop all of our floors last night and at my age, it's not very easy.
Other than these two issues, I have always called your company first when needing our carpets cleaned.
