The gentlemen who cleaned carpets (Will) was punctual, courteous and did a FANTASTIC job cleaning the carpets!
I have been using Zerorez for my carpets for many years. This week I had them not only do my carpets but also clean out my vents. Eduardo has been the technician I always request for the carpets but this time he came with a helper to clean out the vents. He did a fabulous job and he assured me that the person coming to clean the carpets would take equally good care of us. Kudos to the Personnel Department of Zerorez for hiring excellent people. Their prices are fair and their work excellent. I asked if they cleaned ceiling fans, but they do not. Would love to see that added!

We had another great carpet cleaning with Zero Rez. Our technician Brandon was excellent. He was on time, called 30 minutes before arrival to alert us and did a great job. We are repeat customers and have used ZeroRez for years. I am always happy to recommend them to friends and others who want excellent service and a great cleaning job.

The Associates were on time, courteous and conscientious. They reviewed concerns with vents having access issues and covered options with me. They turned off room fans as they moved on to a new area and cleaned up prior to leaving. They completed the work in the timeframe allotted.
