It has taken a long time for my carpets to dry. The big thick area rug in the family room dried way faster than my carpets. After the tech left I turned the heat on to 80 degress ALL DAY, put fans on later in the afternoon and it was still damp this a.m. Not sure why.

It was fast and really cleaned our carpets. They look brand new. We had smokers in the house and after the cleaning you could not smell the lingering smoke aroma. Worth every penny!!

Pay much. Carpet stayed wet longer than last time. The stain on living room came back in front of couch in a few days. The cleaning wasnt so impressive as the first time. I know the living room wasnt charged so I live with it.

Zerorez has highly professional staff, both courteous and knowledgeable. The technician was prompt, worked efficiently and thoroughly, and was respectful and careful with my property. I was very pleased with the results, and happy that the price was very reasonable. I also like that the company is green-oriented, and cares about the effect of it's product on the home, it's occupants (including pets), and the greater environment.

I like that the alkaline steam not only cleans but kills all the dust mites. I sleep better know my mattress was steam cleaned!

Not sure what you are asking. I don't have any knowledge of your carpet or living surfaces. If you would like to know about the cleaning experience I had with zerorez for my carpet, then my answer would be excellent.

the jury is still out, i had you do my carpet 6 months ago and it was not good , i thought i would try it a second time and its too early to tell. i will know the answer in a couple of weeks.

THe process seems to have removed spots that had been in carpet for quite some time. I'll be checking to see if they return after a while as that happened with a previous cleaning. I was satisfied with the care the serviceman took & the instructions he gave about drying time.

I was told that you all specialize in pet stains, etc. I paid for the package that was supposed to include pretreament and shampooing for 2 rooms. However, when the worker got to my house he said I had to pay $50 extra for the pet stains so that it wouldn't smell in the room anymore. However, one day later the smell returned with a vengeance. I am very dissapointed to have paid $189 and not have the issue resolved! I took a chance on you guys and paid more that I usually pay. Because normally I would have never even paid $139.
In addition, the smell of the carpet cleaning solution in the other room (without the pet stains) is really strong. It's been 2 days and its almost unbearable.
