The technician showed up a half a hour prior to the scheduled window. While cleaning, his equipment blew a circuit breaker shutting off the power to my entire house. When that happened, he didn't say anything immediately and spend at least 15 minutes looking for the breaker box himself but had to tell me after he couldn't find it. Once the carpet started to dry, it revealed black marks on the carpet, which weren't there prior to the cleaning and appear to be from the wheels of his equipment. There were also spots that were there prior to cleaning that weren't removed but I assume that they just won't come out. They have scheduled to come out and re-clean the carpet costing me another day off to babysit them! Horrible service!

I like that no soap is used on my carpet and that my carpet is not saturated with water when their done cleaning. My carpet dried quite fast and it was an overcast day. I have used Zerorez each time I have had my carpet cleaned and will continue to use them and recommend them.

I called the morning of our appointment to see if I could reschedule my appointment. The lady told me that the techs were already on the field and they wouldn't be able to accommodate my request. My window for my service was 2-4pm. I received a call from my mother that the tech was at my house at 12:15pm. When she told him I wasn't home, the tech demanded that we pay first and that he couldn't wait. I had to hustle to get my mother payment so he could pay the tech. I double checked my scheduled window and they confirmed that my scheduled window was 2-4pm as I thought. I did receive an apology when I called the office. It ended up being ok, however, I didn't appreciate the hassle and incovenience. Had I been home, the tech would have gotten an earful!

Josh did an excellent job! He was very professional and friendly. The dog vomit stain in our M bedroom came out; a miracle!

I was amazed at how clean the carpet was after the cleaning. I do wish it had dried faster. Over 24 hours later and we are still tring to get the carpets dry enough to put furniture back.

Technician got out wine and other stains that others couldn't. He was extremely hardworking and very pleasant

We had our air ducts clean and the Zerorez technician, Keith, was awesome.

The tech was on time, polite, explained everything. Asked me to check after he did each thing. Left the house as he found it. My carpet is cleaner than I had expected, the wood floor never looked better, there was no wet carpet smell after.

After several years and many cat fur balls, my carpet looked as good as new. I was very pleased.

Once the carpet dried the following day, the heavy traffic areas were still very visible.

I've used Zerorez in the past, I like the idea that they dont use soap / cleaner, this is what brought me back. It was a real pain to get a price quote over the phone, and I was further disapointed when I come to find that the same 3-Room Deal for Zerorez was about $40 less from BestBuy. I did not personally meet the guy that did the work, but it looks fine. In the one room we had him do some cleaning, it turns out he damaged some stuff in my 3 year old's play room. Nothing major, I'm more disapointed that he did point it out, and just left it like it never happened.

The stains don't return unlike other carpet cleaning businesses.

The strong urine odor in my carpet disappeared after one treatment. The carpet looks like new. The technician arrived on time and did not try to upsell me into something I didn't want. The price is very reasonable. Thank you, I will be back soon for another two rooms.

it looks very clean and it took a short time to complete the service. the technician was very professiona, courteous and knowledgable. I wanted to clean my Persian area rugs for a long time but was aprehensive about the other companies' process. Your process is just great.

Since we have children, I love that the cleaning "solution" is natural and not full of toxic chemicals. Our son is very sensitive to products and we just found out he's allergic to our 2 kitties so cleaning carpets is definitely a HUGE priority now.

My entire house is carpeted, including bathrooms and closets. The Zerorez tech was very thorough and efficient, from pre-treatment to the cleaning itself. My carpets came out the cleanest I've every seen them. Another plus, the tech was very careful in making sure my indoor cat didn't escape out the door and that he was safely put away. Would highly recommend Zerorez and the tech that did my carpets. I'll be sure to ask for him next time!
