Your technician Dennis Smith was absolutely professional. He came right in, put down pads to protect my hardwood floor and corner protectors for my furniture. (something I had NEVER seen before). I will definately use your service again, because of him. You don't mind paying for something, if you're getting good service and I have since referred your company to a couple of my friends.

My carpet was so clean and the pet smell gone.

The carpet and tile is very clean with no residue. The service is a little pricy, so I won't recommend it to people looking for a bargain.

Robert came to look at and work on a couple of stains that came up after a Zerorez carpet cleaning. He did an amazing job of getting the stains out!

Technician seemed knowledgeable, but did not pressure me to add services or products to the job. Carpet looked great when he finished. He worked hard to get spots out & seemed interested in making sure that I was satisfied with the outcome before he left. Overall I am happy with Zerorez.

I am pleased with everything, but i want to see if the carpet stays clean longer than other methods before i fully endorse you.

Robert did an amazing job at dyeing the white spots back to the original carpet in our family room! So happy and of course, the carpets look better than any other carpet cleaner we have had.
