Service and scheduling worked very well for us along with reasonable pricing.
Most of all, our service person - Will - was extremely professional and personable and did an excellent job representing the company and service. Thankful for the work that he did and how easy it was to communicate on needs, services, and recommendations.

The level of clean I've come to expect with ZeroRez... beats out the competition by furlongs. No residual stains re-appearing three days later. Just pure clean. And somehow, I've been so blessed. The best technicians. Friendly. Polite. Always pay attention to details. Personable. They are the face of the company... brand ambassadors if you will... and you have picked and trained the best of the best. Top tier service every time!

The guy was a true professional! He showed up on time with a smile on his face. He told me how much the job would cost and how long it would take. He did an excellent job.
It was very easy to book. The man who came to do the carpet cleaning was very professional and nice. He called me to let me know almost exactly when he'd be there, was on-time and did a great job.
The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 is the cost of the stairs was more than the rest of the house. I mean, I get it, stairs are a pain, but it still jacked up the price.
Also ... and please look into this ..... when the man handed me his (?) phone to input my credit card number to pay, there was already a credit card number saved there. I could have VERY EASILY just selected that card to pay. It was at the bottom, next to Apple Pay as an option. Obviously I can't use someone else's Apple Pay because it usually requires a face ID, but it did give me pause that now MY credit card number would be saved in there and could be used by others. I think it might be an iPhone thing?? I don't know, but do look into that so there's no fraud.

Sal did an amazing job of cleaning my carpet. he went above and beyond to vacuum and clean my carpets that had not been cleaned in years and he made it look new. he was kind, and explained what he would do. ill be using him again and ill be referring him to neighbors and friends.
Tech was friendly, on time, and did a great job
Non of the stains were removed, not even one. Horrible. Extremely disappointed and you still charged us in full. I am going to pay again to have another company to come and clean the carpets.
The technician called to update the timeline and arrived within original estimate. He was efficient and professional AND he did a fabulous job! The bedrooms look great! We will certainly call again.
