I have used Zerorez for many years and have never been disappointed. They always call 30 minutes prior to arrival to let you know they are on the way. Yesterday Brandon came and went the extra mile and trying to get the stains out of my carpet. He was pleasant and very professional. I will continue to use them in the future and highly recommend this company.
No smell or oder
They didn't clean either the bedroom closet or the upstairs loft closet.
The operator was effective and attentive. Did excellent work. 9 on a scale 1 to 10 because nothing is perfect so that’s my highest rating.

Job well done! Jeff (I think, sorry) methodically cleaned our carpets taking care to tackle any dirty spots while being careful not to ding baseboards and walls and suction excess water. We also got carper protector for our stairwell; let's hope it does the job and makes the carpet easier to keep clean until the next deep clean. Also, price was reasonable for my area in OC.
P.S. The cleaning was done with the usual steam clean process and not their proprietary Zr lifter.

That it is exactly what I expected
My carpet is a high pile Mohawk about 6 yrs old. The upstairs traffic pattern areas looked somewhat darker than the other areas. I called Zerorez and a wonderful man (Marcel) showed up to clean 4 rooms and 2 hallways. The difference is incredible. I could not have asked for a better outcome. Thank you Marcel!
The technicians always do a good job.
No soap residue, which makes carpets get dirtier faster. Jules, soft when dry instead of stiff.
the way jorge pretreats all my heavy traffic aeras and how he gets most of the water out of carpet so it dries faster
This is the third time that I used Zerorez to get my carpets clean. I continue to use them because of their professionalism and customer service. They are fast, communicate what they are doing and friendly.

I think this company does a great job on Old carpets, drying time was longer than I expected. Don't schedule online I never got a call back to confirm that I had to call and talk to a person.

They did a good job getting rid of regular dirt stains, but they didn't get rid of the bloody stains. There are small blood stains on the carpet from when my son had a nosebleed. Those stains are probably a couple of months old, and I can still see them after the cleaning.
