We were very pleased with the services provided by ZeroRez. Brandon, the technician, did an excellent job. He arrived on time and we appreciated the call to let us know when to expect him. He protected our flooring by covering it and wearing booties and did an excellent job cleaning our furniture. He was very personable and professional. We will request him when we are ready to have our recliners cleaned. We highly recommend ZeroRez.

My carpet was greatly in need of care, it looked like the example shown on your promo special card and I was skeptical of how well your service would do. But your technician, Julio Castro did a fantastic job. Great guy too, very personable with a desire to provide excellent service, which is important when allowing someone into your home.

The spray used on my stairs has ruined the paint on the wall beside the stairs. It is bubbling and marred and I have pictures and will be calling management on Monday. The technician was nice but this has never happened before and it is bad.

I got a good experience regarding your service. This time i got a couch cleaned by steam process. Technician arrived on time, and my sofa got dry on the same day. The technician recommended to have a fan to expediate the drying process. The summer weather also help to get it dry fast.
