Your customer care call center is absolutely mind-blowingly frustrating! It took three calls and three different people to finally get a fourth call to resolve my problem. I've been a customer for 20 years and this may have been my last visit.
We have used you numerous times and we like your work. The technician did a very good job and I am happy with his work. However, I am extremely disappointed with the timing that those above him did in terms of over scheduling him. My window was noon to 3pm. He showed up at 4:10PM (because he was busy up until then). At 3:20 he was still 40 minutes away. We had initially planned for 3 rugs, one large couch, two chairs. If I would have kept that in place he would have been here until 8PM at night. I eliminated the couch and one chair, and you would have made twice as much billing had you not been so incompetent about scheduling your technician. I am furious that you can’t hit a 3 hour window and not only that you miss it by an hour and 10 minutes at the END OF THE DAY!!!!! Do you think this guy wanted to work until 8PM at night? Do you think I wanted to cancel my plans for evening? Your scheduling is ridiculous, and that is coming from a customer who used you 6 times and even recommended you to my neighbor today. Get your act together and don’t hold the technician responsible for your mistakes. He did a great job once he got here.

Actually, my service was excellent and I’m very pleased with the result although there was confusion when I scheduled I guess because I don’t have any wall-to-wall carpets. I only have area rugs, and those were the ones that needed cleaning. Therefore the cost of cleaning the area rugs in my home were more expensive than wall-to-wall and of course, each area rug had different makeup, so it was rather confusing, and I probably spent more than I had hoped to. I would suggest that your scheduling service team explain or inquire about the different types of carpets and the price differentials.

The cleaning associate was incredibly polite and very careful around our furniture, etc. We liked that there wasn’t any smell after the cleaning and appreciated the fast drying time.
