My carpets always feel clean and fresh after Zerorez cleans them. I love they have no soap residue feel. I always recommend Zerorez!
I greatly appreciate the attitude I received all three times I have used your service. It seems I was always in need of ASAP service for my tenants. I couldn't believe how nice I was treated and the extra effort that was made to drive 1 1/2 hrs to my rental in Rancho Santa Margarita to get the the job done.

Residue on floor still cleaning up after 2 cleanings. 2 ft oil spill from truck parking in driveway. Grout not being scrubbed until I asked about it then a brush retrieved from the truck to scrub the grout. Driver appears to not have enough time to do good job. I had to return furniture after cleaning . My question to you is what do you think you should do to make this situation right. I look forward to your response. Thank you in advance

The Technician was professional and answered all our questions. Now that we have had the first carpet cleaning the technician Chris actually advised us that the original protectorant provided by the original carpet is now cleaned away and that we will need to add protectorant in the future.
We will check into protectorant for our specific carpet.
