You lied over the phone about a 30 day guarantee; lied about being "upfront" about costs before technician arrived to avoid surprise charges, after I told you exactly what I needed the service for.

Technician showed up and after 5 minutes, quote went from $249 to almost $1500. Then became $650, and then "discounted" to $602.

Was then told I needed to sign a 3 day waiver for the guarantee, but was told verbally the 30 day guarantee would still be valid to protect the survey.

When I called to follow up as there was now a significantly worse odor, I was immediately told I signed a waiver and that I would be charged $80 for a follow up visit.

Literally conmen.

I have been using Zerorez to clean my carpeting once a year for the past 10 years. Their service is the best. Their technicians show up on time, are friendly and respectful of my home. Last weeks carpet cleaning was no different. The technician took extra time to make sure my carpets were as dry and possible that really cut down on their actual drying time. My carpet was clean! I got a quote over the phone and then they changed me a $50.00 additional charge.
At this point I had moved my furniture, they do not move things.
So I went ahead and had them do the work.
