Very easy process for getting a quote, schedule an appointment, and most importantly a punctual and efficient service. Brandon who was our service associate, was very friendly, explained the process, and completed the cleaning very efficiently. He cleaned very well and took care to pre clean and even specifically spotting a few stains and ensured he removed them.

I’m not disappointed in the actual service or technician per se, he was kind. However the final results were not what I was hoping for. My carpet stains did not come out as I was told that they probably would. Which I know is not a guarantee but if it was not then I should have been told that and I would have decided to possibly pay more for a better option of service on that day or something. I really wanted the best results possible.

Efficient explanation on what was going to happen friendly
ZeroRez cleaned the carpet on our stairs. The cleaning included stain removal, remove dirt lines up against the walls, and added protection product. The crew did a phenomenal job throughout especially the heavily soiled ares. They saved us from having to replace the carpet!
