That my concerns with my initial service were quickly and respectfully listened to, and immediately resolved. No company can guarantee that every tech and every service will result in a client’s satisfaction. But Zerorez did not hesitate to schedule a redo and insure that I was happy with the result. From what I can see, Zerorez has an excellent and well deserved reputation. My sweet (late) wife used to have Zerorez come every couple years to clean some of our rugs, especially the very large one. She was always pleased as they always seemed to do a good job. It has been 2 or 3 years and I found time to arrange for them to return. When I contact Zerorez, they respond! When you call Zerorez, a real person picks up quickly. And they're nice! That alone is a difference maker. Prices are very reasonable. Marcel was the technician who came this time. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I am very pleased and I know my darling wife would be happy too. Thank you again, Zerorez!

Think twice before using soap to clean. The stains will always reappear.
The receptionist or appointment scheduler should survey the customer before setting the appointment to ensure that the cleaning technician is aware of what to expect when he/she arrives to service. For example, if there is a condominium, the technician should be aware of whether it’s located upstairs and whether the condo has a loft that requires more stairs to be climbed. This matters in reference to the length of the hose. In addition, parking out front of a condominium building is not an option which leaves the question of where the technician will park in order to perform their duties.
