Clean everything looks new
Our associate Justin was extremely professional. He was respectful, polite, conscientious and focused. "J" was accommodating, friendly, informative and very helpful. In the course of completing the job, he was able to promote the company and create a new sale from a friend who was visiting us. while he worked. We highly recommend Zerorez, especially because of Justin!
Great service Brandon was awesome, extremely professional, the carpets looked like new when he finished the aroma was very nice! It smelled like "clean" Loved it!

I've used Zerorez 3 times in the past. The first time I was very satisfied with the cleaning he did. He was so friendly and I felt like he went out of his way to clean as much as he can and the carpet came out like new. The second time it was so so...the person didn't do a good of a job and charged me $20 more than the first time. The third time was the worst. I felt like he was having a bad day or he wasn't happy that I just wanted the base price carpet cleaning done. He was not friendly at all. I felt like he just wet the carpet and didn't clean at all. He said it would take about 2 hrs to dry and it's been a day and 6 hrs and it's still not dry. I am very disappointed and will not get my carpet clean by Zerorez. I also didn't understand why I couldn't use the coupon for $10 off sent by Zerorez? He said I couldn't since I was just doing the $95 base price cleaning.

I felt like I was sold a "bill of goods". I explained everything that I needed on the phone and she was wonderful. It was one small area in my home....the landing on the 2nd floor. I was quoted $95.00. It ended up costing me $425.00 and the job was not done right. I even tipped Jacob $40.00. He assured me that I would have no trouble. He told me not to call the office but to call his cell phone if I had problems. Well, I did have problems. There was still urine from a small visiting dog that was at my house for 2 nights. I called and texted him numerous times. He was also supposed to return to take my area rug to the Carpet Doctor and charge me another $150.00. He never returned my calls or picked up the area rug. I finally called the office and he called me within 2 hours apologizing and stating his cell phone wasn't working correctly. Really??!! I don't think so. They sent a different person out (Jason/Jay) and the issue was resolved. Another 2 hours of my time. I work 65 hours a week at a full time and a part time job. I don't have time for this. I took the area rug to the Carpet Doctor myself. I'm so very disappointed as your company comes highly recommended by neighbors and my brother that is a Superintendent for a construction company. My brother was shocked and so am I. Very disappointed. Jacob took over an hour just to keep trying to up-sell me. I was so over it! I should have asked him to leave but I heard such good things about your company. You can make this right by crediting me $200.00 back on my credit card. I was way overcharged. Thank you, in advance.
