My technician, Art, was very professional and friendly. As always my carpets look like new.
I picked zerorez because I thought that maybe you had the best quality equipment etc. for the job. I felt like everything was an upsell. I could have my carpets clean or really clean for an extra cost. The tiny hallways were also counted as rooms instead of including them as part of customer service. I could understand if the hallways were very long or large but just a tiny stretch that was unacceptable. It is hard for me to recommend in the future

When quoting the pricing it should state you charge a fuel charge. The gas prices have decreased so I don't believe their is a need for that. The price of the pet treatment was also additional and quite high priced for each room.

I have tried other carpet cleaning companies and the spots would reappear after a short time. Zerorez did a thorough job and the spots never reappeared. I love my fresh, clean and new looking carpets!
They work very well, and get all stains and dirt out. It was nice talking to the technician, who was kind to let me know exactly what he was doing. He stayed quite a while to ensure all of the carpet was cleaned, dirt and stains removed.
