Your employee, Benjamin, was pleasure to meet. He made some recommendations which was added to the bill but was not pushy about it. He did a great job and I recommended him to my neighbor.I told my neighbor to ask specifically for Ben. He was well qualified and extremely conscientious
The technicians who have came to my house have always been very friendly and always do a great job. I also love that there are no chemicals left in the carpet.

Your cleaning technique is very good. No residue and very little order which is great for my COPD. The carpet was very stained but the Tech done a terrific job. I know the stains will return but it looks very good right now. Will have you do it again in the future. Luis Meza was very good.
Ben was great and the service he provided was top-notch! I plan to use Zerorez again - and we will request Ben, too. He was great with my elderly parents!

What's not to like? Your tech was a half an hour early he was extremely kind, professional and informative. He was also quick and thorough. In my opinion I would do everything to keep him as an employee!! My carpets look brand new and have already passed your name on since yesterday. Thank you I will def use your services every time I need my carpets done.

The results are amazing - I hadn't had my carpet cleaned for quite awhile but they came out beautiful - also they were dry very quickly - I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone who needs their carpet cleaned
