Very professional
Both carpet and tile look amazingly clean after the Zerorez treatment, bad odors are eliminated and the cleanliness "holds up" for a long time. Other services leave the carpet smelling wet plus the stains usually resurface rather quick, but not with Zerorez. Also the techs are super friendly and committed to doing a good job.
The service was excellent and there wasn't that funny smell after carpets are cleaned.

Heard Zerorex advertised on the radio. Tried the service and was completely satisfied. The carpet cleaning was done very well and we saw the difference right after it was done and more so after it has dried. Zero residue, non-sticky, no strong after-smell. Technician Justin Diaz was very professional explaining every procedure that he did. Friendly and courteous. Our dog liked him. Will surely call for the next service in the future. Thanks Zerorez!
