I was told by the office that included with my carpet cleaning would be a sampling of your tile cleaning as well. Only one man was sent and he told me he was not trained to clean tile, just carpeting. However, Brian did a good job with the carpet cleaning.
No chemicals
The staff was. Incredibly thorough on addressing problem areas in my home. Enough so that I added another room to clean before he left. Very impressed with the quality of service and staff. - Very satisfied in Summerlin.

Let us know about other services available that we might be able to use but did not aggressively push us to buy which is something we hate and will stop doing business with companies who aggressively sell services.
Service man was rude and sarcastic
Service and the Tech were both excellent. Wasn't too crazy about your policy of getting a quote or being able to do the cleaning the same day at a reduced rate. He said the quote would probably be higher than what he could do it for immediately. Kind of forces the customer to make an uninformed decision.

My carpet was left looking and smelling absolutely amazing. The gentleman that came to clean was extremely friendly and looked like he loved his job. I'm extremely impressed and you guys will hear from me again :)
