negative thing that I would say is that you are way to expensive. After paying your company I could not afford to even
tip the technicians and that is not fare to your employees .

The tech was amazing and did a good job but I can still smell the dog pee. I paid a lot for one room to get rid of the smell so it's disappointing that one day after the cleaning I can smell it still.
My carpets held six years of dirt and grime, with pet stains and all. I could not believe they got as clean as they did. I thought they were past the point of no return, as we rent and knew we had to pay for the service ourselves. I paid a little more than some of the other companies, but it was well worth it! The technician was friendly,efficient,and worked hard to get our carpets clean. I was extremely happy with the results. Quality service and amazing results...thank you!

Andrew! Best technician I've ever had. I'm pushing 70 so you know I've had a lot of carpet cleaning done.
Used Heavenly Carpet Cleaning twice. The first time it was ok. The second time it was bait and switch with the charges being doubled. When I told them to leave they then lowered it to the old price. I told them to leave since the trust was gone even though the house was all torn apart by the prep. Andrew honored the advertised price.
