radio station 94.1 advertises for your company a Mercedes special 3 rooms for $89.00. The price seems to change when your man arrives. He did a good job, but you should be up front with the additional costs that you add eg: gas etc. If you advise the customer when an appointment is made there will be no surprises.

Edges were not clean. Hair and dust remained in edges and corners.
Disgusting.

Large storage area downstairs was missed totally; the edges near the walls look like they were missed; was told carpet would be dry in 4 hours and still not dry; stairs are the most damp, and that area smells bad now, even with fans on and doors open... The carpet looks better than it did before, which it was filthy when I purchased, but seems that it could look a little better. A 30% refund would be nice.

I'm a pretty easy going guy and own multiple properties. Perhaps our carpets were just extra dirty but none of the spots I pointed out were removed and I was expecting more from the overall cleaning since I paid $237 for 3 rooms which initially was going to be $89. I paid extra for 1) deep cleaning 2) protection 3) and two small rugs

The technician was friendly and knew what he was doing. Although, the smell of the cleaner is the same as other carpet cleaners I have had in the past. I thought there would be something different about your service, like a special cleaner and carpet not so wet.
