Well it's hard to say as I am just glad that you guys showed up quickly and removed the TurdArmageddon that my poor sick dog unleashed in my house! The fact that all the stains and smell are gone are reason enough to call you back when we leave this place in June!
Product is environmentally friendly. The rug dried up quickly. The agent who came to clean was very knowledgeable about all aspects of carpet cleaning. He was not pushy when explaining why a product should be done to the carpet (protection, etc) He also helped move around items that were on the rug. Agent was extremely polite and courteous.

I would like to recommend that your hoses be protected so that it does not dirty the walls and door frames as it stretches from room to room. There was a bit of cleanup required to our walls/door frames from the dirty hoses.

I put my gas fireplace on in the living room because the worker told me that it was okay,the area neat it dried crunchy,the rest dried fine that was not near it. The technician was awesome by the way!

Zach was a miracle worker. Got out a stain neither of us thought would ever come out.
David was very professional and did a good job cleaning the carpets. Carpets were pretty wet so not sure about the out come of the entire cleaning yet.
