My carpets got really clean and they did a great job on my tile floors. They were also very helpful and accommodating.

We were Scheduled for between 3&6 pm. Around 3:30 My husband called to get a closer estimate of when the tech would be here so he could gauge when to leave to take care of his diabetic medical needs which had to be between 4:30&6pm that day. We were told we were the next scheduled job and the tech would be here around 4-4:30 so my husband decided to wait until the job was done before he left.
In the past it has taken about half an hour to do our room. BUT instead of being done by 5pm he didn't arrive until about 6pm and my husband's medical needs were delayed. That was frustrating. Yes, we will be repeat customers.
He offered to clean the grout in our small bathroom as a sample. Apparently that's what delayed his arrival...doing extra work for other customers. Better communication would be a huge help!
I like the effectiveness, the amount of time it takes to get it done and the customer service.
I really liked Zach and Ben, my carpets still have stains and are crunchy, which they said it should not be crunchy. The guys were so friendly though.
I asked for corner protectors and styrofoam risers for wooden legs on for itirw. He said he had them but never got them.

This is the second time I've given you people my feedback. Please check your records. As a result of the first feedback, your secretary called. She and I agreed that JUAN would come back and tell me if her were proud of his work or NOT. The next business day a guy by the name of Ben called to say he was on his way. I said NO. Your secretary and I agreed it would be Juan coming back to take a look. He said Juan isn't working today. I said then WHY did secretary schedule the appointment on his day off when she knew it was to be HE. Ben didn't know. I'm still waiting for JUAN-------five days later.

The first time I had my tile cleaned, I was told that I had 500 quare feet which I knew was wrong but I wanted the tile cleaned so I was overcharged. The next time I had the tile cleaned, the tech and I agreed on the square feeet. He did a great job but when he left my tile was wet and the cleaner he used left a film on the tile and I had to clean my tile the next day.

I am mostly happy with the results. There is one room I am not happy with because the carpet actually looks a bit worse. The traffic pattern on the carpet seems to stand out more; not sure if it's because the carpet around it came up cleaner. In our master bedroom, which is much newer carpet than other rooms that were cleaned, you can still see the traffic pattern. It didn't get worse, but it's still there. Not sure what could have been done to improve these two areas.
