quoted at 250-300 and despite dropping a room (forgot it was tile), my cost went up to $535 (and that was after i refused the $735 price).

Zac provided BEYOND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! He was very knowledgeable about what needed to get our carpet clean and what product we need to ensure satisfaction of the cleaenseliness of our carpets. I would recommend Zerorez providing ZAC was the technician going out to clean their rugs.

I like the concept of not putting soap into the carpet. I have had only positive experiences with the technicians, and most recently, Ryan Poole was exceptional. His explanations explanations, attention to detail, and thorough cleaning were superior.
