Super nice technicians and concept of no residue using the "treated" water was attractive. I expected upsell when calling for service, and went forward with option of having rotating brush used in one room. Went outside for appx six to seven minutes, and tech was half complete with room using finishing "wand". So in the short period I was out of room, I'm told the entire room is gone over with rotating brush and then half room is done with wand. I don't believe I received fair value for the brush upsell. What value is there in using a rotating brush for two or three minutes in the room?

The technician was amazing!! He was professional and nice! We would use him again!! He also did the demo on our tile and it looked so good, we will definetly be doing it to the rest of our tile next year, when we have extra funds!

The feel of the carpet
after viewing the carpet cleaning demonstration on the local tv show I thought I would get the same result on my carpet. Though there was a marked improvement in the carpet there was still a visible path of the traffic area. If a deeper cleaning application to that area could improve the look that would be appreciated

Your rep damaged the wood on my stairwell. I called Customer Support and sent them pictures, and they were supposed to contact me in 48 hours. They did not. I am still waiting on contact and have been told it will be another day.

I felt nickel and dimed when I was charged extra for a small upstairs hallway and tiny master closet. The estimate should give a heads up about this kind of thing. The techs were really great and the service was good, but seems expensive (even though I opted for a regular instead of the pricier recommended deep clean). Also I realized after they left that I didn't get the free tile cleaning- we both forgot about it! I guess that was as much my fault also though, since I didn't remember to remind about it.
This is the second time where streaks of white and white footprints are all over our carpet. These were not there prior to the cleaning. It makes the floors look more noticable (in a bad way) than when they were just dirty. Seems like there may be a whole lot of residue, instead of zero.

Zerorez is so Awesome! Rep was professional, respectful, quick, but not rushed!! My carpet is 20 years old, has been cleaned before several times and has never come out looking so clean/new-looking before. So impressed! It also dried pretty quick, too, so all around impressive! We paid a little bit more, but so worth it!!!!! No comparison with other companies I've used as far as results!!
The carpets get and stay clean with Zerorez. The process is quick and my carpets dry within hours.
The carpet by the front door was wet for 2 days, I was wiping up with towels and lots of it was pet urine that wasn't extracted but was treated.
