The carpet turned out great and the technician was professional and accommodating. Unfortunately, my dissatisfaction comes with the telephone associate that I spoke with over the phone when I set up my appointment. There was a difference in price quote of over $100! That's a big difference!!!! The lady I spoke with specifically told me the price for each stairs were less than what I had paid 2 years ago, but the technician that came out said it was now $4 each step. It feels like she gave me a false quote just to get my business and get the appointment set. I'm hesitant to call for another appointment in the future.

Loved the citrus smell...carpets in my office looked brighter and stayed brighter....would recommend Zerorez to anyone....wont ever use the old way of cleaning anymore.....

No Chemicals, easy application, thorough and could see the difference immediatley. Ryan,the service technician was very knowledgible,likeable and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Now, we will see over time just how clean our carpeting remains.

Carpets look great technician did a great job. But until he was here and working I figured out you weren't Noble Carpet cleaners. I had googled Noble Carpet CleanersLas Vegas to quickly get the phone number. I clicked on it and called the number which now looking again your company name is on line 2. You were fine but I will probably go back to Noble and just look carefully at the link before I call.

The technician was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained the costs to me and worked with me to be able to get as much done as I could afford at the time. The work on the tile was a drastic improvement to what is was. The only thing that I had wished he could have done is to put a sealant on the tile to prevent future dirt and damage.
Very satisfied with the cleaning of my carpets. Jacob was very great. He was very thorough on explaining all products and procedures associated with the cleaning. I will definitely recommend Jacob and Zerorez.

Well, I just had my carpet cleaned about 3 months ago, so his last trip a few days ago, I wanted the carpet cleaner to consentrate in the areas we frequently walk.. The whole carpet was done (minus areas where furniture was present) but the busy walking area was lightly touched and still looking soiled. Having a party on Sunday, to late to redo.
