Carpet cleaning improved appearance .

We had four spots that we showed the person who cleaned our carpet. Much to our disappointment he didn't do anything extra for the spots at all. We called it to his attention and he said he couldn't do anything about it. You would think our carpet would look better
I like the fact that there are no chemicals used. The carpet is soft and clean. Roger worked efficiently and quickly. I will certainly call Zerorez again for my carpet cleaning needs.
WOW!! We were so impressed with David's workmanship and timely service on our carpet cleaning that we added furniture pieces (3) and tile floors as well. Great job David!

I got home from work and couldn't tell the carpet had been cleaned. I also heard the tile grout wasn't scrubbed by hand like last time..just used only the machine. It looks just ok

Our technician Josh was very courteous and professional. We received a call 20 minutes prior to his arrival as requested. I walked thru what we wanted to have done and he explained all of the costs before he started.He was very thorough and did a great job!
The upstairs carpet did not come out as good looking as I thought it would. My Hoover did a better job, but I can't say it got out the deep dirt as your's might have, but the top of the carpet does not look as good as it should to me. My Opinion.
Downstairs the carpet pulled up in a 7ft or so long hump that was appox. 4 to 5" wide and maybe 3/4 " high after carpet was done. Don't know why as this hump was not there before. It did go away after it dried, and we thought the carpet might have to be restretched, but there were items we left on carpert like the reclining chair, sofa, a video cabinet (heavy) by the wall and 2 other items, so I don't understand the hump coming up and then laying back down as those items were there. We only had the tech go around can clean the traffic areas and this area that humped up is not a heavy traffic area nor is it glued together their as we watched when it was being installed. Also the 4 to 5 hr drying time is quite too long, and in some spots it stayed damp for up to 10hrs.

This is the second time we've used Zerorez this year (doggie issues) and I've recommended them all year! Friendly professional workmen, super clean rugs and dry in a matter of hours!
What's not to love! Any added services are explained and left for you to decide, never a push to have you sign up for them. And the prices are fair!
I was given 100 sq ft. free tile and grout clean. It looked great! When we paid to get the rest of the tile and grout cleaned, but we did not get the same quality as the free area. We had to get the technician out again to redo the work. I'm not sure if it's the technician's fault or just a catch on the free area to get us to pay more money.
Quality of work should have the same standards on all the technician.
