More of the high traffic spots came out cleaner last time we have the carpet cleaned. We may have waited to long in between cleanings.

My carpet was not cleaned properly, I sent you pictures it looks like the dirt was wet and stirred up leaving dark streaks throughout. I was very disappointed

We have used zerorez in the past to have our carpets cleaned but this time we had our dryer vent cleaned...technicians arrived on time and were very pleasant. They explained the process. Once everything was completed the technician showed me where the vent was located on our roof. We would certainly not hesitate to use zerorez again!

Nice staff person. But I was not happy with the stairs. They still showed black on them from my husband going up and down with his shoes The last cleaning they were perfect.
We also cleaned out one of the bedroom closets and it was not cleaned. Perhaps we are supposed to indicate to clean them. I assumed when you asked for a bedroom that it naturally meant the closet in the bedroom as well. Perhaps a misunderstanding.
