Great customer service! Awesome job cleaning our carpets 👍🏼
Very high pressure sales on-site. Ends up doubling the price of what you thought you were going to pay. Extremely irritating. Let customers decide what they want to put on their carpets ahead of the appointments. I also didn't like the time it took to check out via credit card -- I hope my card number wasn't stolen as he was taking a picture of it.
Top notch service at affordable price
Once again it was your deceptive pricing habits. I won't get burned again. The first time I spent over $400 on my couch the stairs in the carpet. This time you're $89 special is $132. Even your three room special at $89 is less than $30 a room so for for 132 or I suppose at four still too much. This company is stuck it to me twice and will not get a third opportunity. I hope the extra $43 you got was worth losing a customer over. Like you didn't get enough money out of me the first time when you told me what the price is going to be and then charge me more just like this time. That's just the way your company operates

I forgot his name; it's been a hectic week. He did the most amazing job on the carpet, stairs and the pet smells. He was professional, empathetic to my situation and I am grateful. I will always recommend Zerorez. Please let the gentleman know I'm sorry that I forgot his name.

I had to call to have them come back because the first person, whatever he did, left my house smelling so bad that I couldn't even sleep in the carpeted bedroom. I had to sleep on the couch. So I had to have people come and redo the carpet. I should have been given my service for free
