Techs are always professionally minded and dressed neatly. Add on services are politely suggested and are usually needed. I never fell like I being sold something I don't need.
I was quoted 500.00 final bill over 1300.00 and tiles grout now shows clean in some areas as tan other areas in grout show black and still dirty
It's really expensive.
Technicians were helpful....very professional & thorough. We'll see after some time passes how much we liked the service.

Talon Lund, (the technician) was very helpful and courteous. He was on time and explain all the benefits of the treatment and shown example of the products. He was willing to do some free demonstration of the product too. I feel that I was getting the most bang for my money. Will ask for him or recommended him for any future jobs.
I had Ryan cone out and his attention. To detail and his polite attitude was amazing ! My rug is soft and he was thorough ! I think after over 40 years as a customer of many products I am a expert on service and he was the best !

I called to inquire about the service and the woman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and took my name, etc and asked if my apartment was in a high rise. I stated yes and she said the minimum for high rise work started at $350. I said I would call back to book the appointment. A few days later I called back and booked an appointment, confirmed my address with the apartment number and that the minimum was $350. She asked if I wanted to get the work done the same day, I said yes. The employee showed up but did not bring the right van or equipment, so I had to book another appointment, not happy. However, he was pleasant and I showed him the shower stalls/tile I wanted cleaned. No problem, he said. Just didn't have the equipment. So the next appointment they showed up and 'cleaned' the tile. Not until they were almost finished was I told that they could not remove the hard water build up on the tiles!! It was the only reason I called Zerorez. I could have washed the tiles myself, and saved the $350. To boot they told me they sealed the grout as part of the service. Only later after I asked did they disclose that they don't seal grout on vertical surfaces. What a waste of hard earned money. I am now going to spend a day getting the hard water build up off myself and sealing all the grout on vertical surfaces. I feel cheated. The hard water build up was obvious and plain to see. They should have informed me before starting that they would not be able to remove it and asked if I wanted to proceed, not towards the end of the service. I showed the stalls to 2 different individuals when getting a quote for services. Not at all what I expected. That said, everyone was pleasant and polite. Just did not get what I thought I was purchasing. So no I will not recommend the service to anyone. Give me $250 back and I'll be happy.
I've used Zerorez several times now, and every cleaner has attempted to up-sell me and/or the final bill has been more than the original quote. One guy recently told me he ended up deodorizing my carpets without asking me first and then tried to charge me an additional fee for that. I would rather have the scheduler ask me a million questions and give me a true final cost than have things change while the cleaners are in my home.

Service is amazing!!! So friendly and kept calling me sir, very professional! My dad was diagnosed with dementia so I have to clean and sell his house. So my wife and have used Zerorez before and knew exactly who to call for carpet cleaning services. The carpet at his house was a little dirty and stained but now it looks new again. The fellas were friendly, attentive to our needs. If there was an area of the carpet that needed extra care, they re-treated, re-cleaned with no problems. The fellas were cautious & respectable to our furnishings within our office while they were cleaning..room to room. This is the third time we have had ZeroRez out to our office & will continuously call on them in the future. Five Stars!!

The guy that did the cleaning was very nice and professional and did a thorough job. However, I didn't really see any difference in your product compared to others I have used in the past. For the price I would use other companies.
No residue and no chemicals. Gets stains out and leaves carpet without the stiffness from other carpet cleaners.
