I liked the professionalism of your staff including the technician. I liked the fact that there is no sulfectants to make the carpets stiff. I wish I would have done this sooner!! Will definitely all you to have upstairs carpet cleaned. Zak explained things well to me.

I was not happy with the extra cost for treatment of pet stains...but maybe I misunderstood what I was told. I understood I was to receive an $89 special for three areas and didn't expect my bill to be over $260...I have used ZeroRez in the past and never have had an issue, not I'm questioning the cost for additional treatment.

The tile and grout cleaning was superior, but the rooms in which we carpeted cleaned still smell of dog urine. Also the carpets need to be cleaned and deordorized again especially in the corners.

The customer service was pleasant. I paid over $400, including pet stain removal and although most dirt stains were removed, the pet stains remained. There was also an area rug that was not lifted and cleaned underneath. I was expecting better quality results when the service was completed, especially since this company was advertised by a popular radio host.
