Good product, friendly service

False advertising, up selling, failure to complete the job. The company advertised job should tell you it is substandard. Instead of getting into the home and up sell to do it right. If you can do a good job always do a great job and charge accordingly. Very sneaky business practice. I would not recommend your company. Also the job included tile floor which was not done. Your business ethics waisted our time.

Morning blend

I'm done paying so much. I don't like how the techs come in with their blacklight flashlight to try and find things to charge you for. The arrogance is to much. I'm told $89 plus $8 for three rooms of carpet and get charged $119. The cost of cleaning tile is ridiculous. When I made the appointment there was a coupon I received in an email. All of a sudden they techs didn't want to honor it, they made a call and were going to honor it but I'm not convinced I got a deal. Pushing wet dust into the corners isn't such a great way to clean. We had to get on the floor and clean every corner especially in the kitchen. Telling me how bad the floor was in the bathroom, and making a big deal about it, certainly wasn't necessary. That's why I wanted it cleaned.
When appointments are made with the office and the office makes the effort to get a block of time that works I shouldn't get a call at 10:00 in the morning from the techs who want a short day. I work, people still work, and wouldn't make an appointment for 3 - 6 if they were available at 10.

The techs are very knowledgeable and personable. They get in get out and don't spend too much time trying to upsale

Great service, reasonable price. They were in and out and my carpets look brand new

There are still stains on the carpet I understand not all stains can be removed however I feel if it was treated longer it might of broken it up and made it easier to come out.

We've used Zerorez several times and they are always professional, polite, thorough and will give you advice that you may or may not take advantage of. They are not pushy and will treat you very well.
