When I booked I was offered 20% off.
The tech did not apply that discount to my purchase.
I called Saturday spoke with Angela. She said no problem the accountant would handle it on Monday. I called Monday was assured the 20% would be deducted. It did not happen. I called Tuesday was told Angela was in a meeting discussing my situation and would call me first thing Wednesday morning. No call Wednesday, no call Thursday, no call Friday.
Ryan was fantastic. I love the way my carpet and tile look after they were cleaned. I would definitely recommend to all friends and family.

Offer a deal on area rug cleaning. I realize it has to be size and material specific.
You don't use chemicals for cleaning. The clean fresh look and smell. The young man that served us was very informed and worked hard. Send him next time.

We were met by the cleaning people and given a price for the work to be done. We had an appointment to make and was told that it would take about an hour and a half for the work to be done as they were also going to do the extra protection of the carpet we were told they would call us and if we weren't there they would wait till we got back. From the time that we left and the time they called it was less than one hour. And we were told that they would be leaving as they had another appointment to make when we got back to our place the carpetor damp so I know that they did clean them but they did not look much better than they did before we left. Especially the stairs we were told that they would definitely be able to clean the stairwell and we were charged the four dollars a step to make sure that the steps were cleaned properly also there was a dirty area and one of the bedrooms and that did not look like it was any better than it was before they started not even sure that they put the extra guard on the carpet
