I had Major dog smell do to an old puppy peeing everywhere. I thought my carpets throughout the house were ruined. When he took out the black light to check for pee spots it was far worse than I even imagined. Looks like all the dogs have been participating in the pee fest. I was at a loss. I was sure they would clean it but not be able to remove the smell. I was simply amazed that they got rid of everything, spots and especially smell. I even closed the doors to see if once air wasn't circulating would the smell appear again and nothing. This was unbelievable to me!
That being said my carpets were very crunchy and it took two rounds of vacuum to make them soft again. So there was residue in my vacuum. However it was worth every penny even though I had to vacuum because the smell and spots were gone. I wish I could post a picture of the dog damage so everyone could see how amazing this clean was. I will never use anyone else after this experience.
It is always a pleasant experience dealing with your entire staff. They always seem upbeat and happy. They are great at what they do.

Your quote of 89.00 was a joke for 3 rooms. It cost us 272.00. The carpet after cleaning felt crunchy.
The prices advertised are not the true price. In order to get carpets clean and protected there are so many add ons, it gets quite expensive.

Carpet looks great and definitely is clean. The grout is much cleaner even though the cleaning agent leaves a film on the tile that is kind of hard to clean.

Salesman / Carpet Cleaner charged me 99 instead of advertised price of 87.00 for 2 rooms . Salesman tried to upsell me . Salesman did not offer 100 sq. Ft. Tile cleaning so I did not receive that either . Spots still in carpet.

I have been using Zerorez for several years! They do an excellent job, carpet is not dripping wet when they leave! Also, they were able to get me squeezed into their schedule at the last minute!!
