First I went on Groupon and found a company to come take a look at my tile. They literally said that the dirt was sealed into the grout and there was nothing they could do to make it look much better. Then I found some online discount cleaning company who promised they could easily take care of it. It literally looked no better than when I mopped. I debated just getting new floors bu first I reached out the Zerorez since they advertise a special method or whatever. After a consult, they said they would do their best. Well their best is good enough because not only did my tile finally look clean again, even the grout was cleaned. Worth every dollar. Don't use a knock off company. These guys are the best, hands down.
this was 3rd yr using this company. employee was polite, and couterious. However, he kept insisting I had urirne spots from my dog.....in spots my dog could NEVER get into. we spill coffee inwhich i addressed with him but insisted the black light knows difference...I had my carpets scotch guarded last time, NOT pet treated which was put on the order. HE WAS WRONG...sorry. Michael did go over the back bedrm carpet more. We noticed he was VERY quick completing the three rms. This morning, we noticed the carpet appered somewhat cleaner but not soft, fibers of carpet was not appearing as risen as before. Bedroom carpet was ok...

I was very pleased with a tech that came and clean the carpet. He was very professional and polite. The only thing is my first two stair steps turns yellow when carpet dry out. I have to call office and address my concern. Otherwise my stairs carpet is cleanest it's ever been. This company is definitely the great one. Give them a try.

I had my carpets cleaned on Thursday Oct 5th it was my first experience with Zerorez. Juan the tech. was very professional and explained the process and how long it would take to dry. The carpets look great and feel soft. I had them cleaned last year by a competitor and they felt stiff and seem to attract dirt even quicker.I will definitely recommend your company to my friends and clients. There was one concern I had at the end when I paid for the service with a credit card. I handed the card to the tech who entered it into his hand held device and presented it to me for my signature.This process costs your company money and leaves my card information vulnerable. I don't think 6 means I'm not happy, just not completely happy.
This year's kitchen grout cleaning was not as clean as last year's. Last year's tech cleaned the kitchen grout very thoroughly, looked like New. This year was not completely cleaned.
It also seemed lots more expensive this year with addition of 3 bedrooms although 2 of the bedrooms only had a very tiny area due to small room and big bed and other furniture.
Professional staff did a great job cleaning up our carpet and tile. We like that there is no residue left behind to attract dirt and everything dried quickly. We highly recommend their service.

I just had my carpets cleaned on Monday by Chris B. I can not begin to tell how pleased I am with how wonderful this young an is. Chris B. is a perfect example of what a great customer service person should be. The job that he did on my carpets was absolutely perfect and both my wife and can not stop talking to our neighbors about great we think he was.
We have recommended him to most of the people that live in our community and also to the management due to the unsatisfactory comments that we have heard about the company that they are using at present. If I was to start a company of my own, I would want to have all of my employees educated by this man on how to do customer service in the right fashion and keep the customers coming back for repeat business.

Nice to see your technicians make sure to clean our carpets, not add to the dirt from outside the house, by wearing booties. The technician (David?) who did the last service to our house is commendable. He explained what needed to d=be done, based on what he saw. He did not make promises, but he said he would do his best to achieve best results. We were satisfied with the results.
