The tech that came made no offer to help move anything. I understand that you do not move heavy furniture, but I am 75 years old and there were a few peices that could have been moved easily, but not by me alone.

Nothing like it in the market... As Zerorez uses NO SOAPS, there is no residual soap left in the carpet that attracts dirts or oils, keeping your carpet cleaner much longer....

Chris Diek was very personable and explained a lot. I'm not sure if the protectant worked that well since my dog threw up the next day and it looks like there is a stain. Otherwise, a very good expeirence.

Since we have dogs we had the bacteria and sanatizing package it was costly but well worth it for our first time. We will use Zerorez again sametime next year. We really appreciated Justin he explained everything he was going do, he does his job very well he's very knowledgeable he took his time and did a great job.
First off I'm a jerk, I hired someone else and had to pay more then I bargained for and the carpet took about 2 days to dry and when I went to vacum it my sweeper would hardly move....the carpet felt awful and I decided to bite the bullet and call you guys. I have 3 houses and had always used you but something happened and I vowed never to call you again. You all cleaned my carpets the next morning in 1/3 the time it took the other guy to screw up my carpets. They now look fabulous and feel great. I am a true believer, you all are the best in town.

Guys were super nice, not pushy. Got most of stains out. Only been couple of days but so far so good. We got travertine floors polished and were beyond happy but it should be told to customers to get it sealed. I think the floor is dirtier now than b4 we had it polished.
Bottom line, the carpet was clean, the service was outstanding, the timing was perfect. Thank you for your complete professionalism.
